Social Studies Survival Mind Map!

In Social Studies, our unit on First Nations and Europeans in New France and Early Canada is really interesting so far. The students are engaged and excited so I'm a happy camper!

For this lesson, my students discussed the daily life of early First Nations people - how they used the land to survive. My students were given a challenge - to imagine how they would survive in the wilderness. Based on their mind maps,I think it's safe to say they did a very GOOD job describing how they would survive and thrive in the wilderness. You guys are born survivors!!!!
