Since not everyone in our class got the first task correct, we went back to the basics and reviewed telling the time using a 12-hour and 24-hour clock.
Success Criteria:
I will know I am successful when I can:
- read 24-hour time;
- represent 24-hour time;
- solve problems involving the relationship between a 12-hour clock and a 24-hour clock.
Online Practice Exercises were taken from OERB. Below is a snapshot of what was done:
Practice Sheet given to review telling time
From the assignment and practice activities online, it was clear that everyone had a good understanding of telling the time using a 12-hour and 24-hour clock. We therefore moved on to elapsed time.
